Kids, ages 5-16, are invited to two days of Curling and other fun
activities during Parent Teacher Conferences, Oct 30 & 31 at the Fairbanks Curling
Club. No experience necessary. Pre-registration required, space is limited.
Program will run 10am to 3pm, and include lunch. Before and after-care (8am to 6pm
) can be arranged, in advance. Cost is $10/child. Curling arena is 32 degrees, so
appropriate dress would include gloves and hats. Alternating off-ice
hands-on activities will be provided by 4-H Health Rocks with focus on
age-appropriate positive decision making.
