FCC hosting a 5U Qualifier Jan 15-18th

Chances are you have heard that the Fairbanks Curling Club is hosting one of the 5U Qualifiers January 15-18th.  

There will not be leagues on January 15th or 16th, though you are encouraged to come on out to watch. 

Thursday, January 15th will primarily be a practice day for teams to get familiar with our ice before the tournament starts on Thursday evening at 8pm.

On Friday games will be running from 8am to 10:30 pm. Saturday games from 8am to 6:30pm. and on Sunday 9am to 7pm. 

In addition to games there will be food at the club.

Friday there will be Beer Cheese and Pretzels. The cheese is made with beer from one of our sponsors Lat65.

On Saturday January 17th from 7-9pm there will be an Alaska Potluck. Please bring a dish with an Alaska grown ingredient if you can and drop it off by 6:45.  We will then let the curlers competing in the event eat first followed by the rest of us. If you have questions, reach out to Carla.
